1. Service Description
FlowBuild provides an AI-powered service that creates and hosts N8N automation workflows on your behalf. When you purchase a project, our AI agent gathers your requirements through conversation, builds the workflow, and runs it on our managed infrastructure.
2. What We Provide
- AI-assisted workflow design based on your requirements
- Workflow creation and hosting on our managed N8N infrastructure
- Workflow activation and ongoing execution as long as your subscription is active
- Secure storage of credentials you provide (API keys, tokens, etc.) using N8N's built-in encryption
3. What We Do NOT Guarantee
- 100% uptime: Our infrastructure may experience downtime for maintenance or unexpected issues. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Third-party service availability: Your workflows depend on external services (Telegram, Slack, Gmail, APIs, etc.). If those services are down, change their APIs, or revoke your access, your workflows will be affected. This is outside our control.
- Credential validity: You are responsible for ensuring your API keys, tokens, and credentials remain valid. If your credentials expire or are revoked, workflows using them will stop working until you provide updated credentials.
- Specific outcomes: We build workflows based on the requirements you confirm. The AI does its best to create accurate configurations, but we cannot guarantee that the workflow will produce specific business results.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during the AI conversation
- Provide valid API keys, tokens, and credentials for the services you want to automate
- Keep your credentials up to date — notify us if they change
- Ensure you have the right to use the third-party services you connect
- Do not use FlowBuild for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates third-party terms of service
5. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Per-project pricing: you pay once per workflow project
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the workflow has not been delivered, or if the delivered workflow fundamentally does not match the confirmed requirements
- No refunds for issues caused by invalid credentials, third-party service changes, or requirements that were confirmed by you
6. Workflow Hosting
- Workflows run on our managed N8N infrastructure
- We reserve the right to deactivate workflows that consume excessive resources or violate these terms
- If you wish to stop your workflow, contact us and we will deactivate it
- We perform regular maintenance which may cause brief interruptions
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowBuild is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, resulting from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FlowBuild after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
